Community Leader Prince Yomade Honored with Award of Merit by Ansar-Ud-Deen

In a heart-warming ceremony held this past weekend, prominent community leader, Prince Ridwan Adebola Badejo, popularly known as Yomade, was honored with an Award of Merit by Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria.
The event, which took place at Bode Thomas, Surulere LG saw a gathering of dignitaries like Alh Surajudeen Odofin, Alh Lateef Folajaiye, Alh Abdul-Waheed Badejo, Bar Olalekan Alabi, Alh Abolaji Shittu, Alh M. Odunuga and Alh Murisiku Lawal. The Children, Abdul Lateef Badejo, Mrs Basirat oyedokun nee Badejo, community members, and religious leaders to recognize Yomade’s remarkable contributions to societal development and leadership.
The award was presented to Yomade in recognition of his unwavering commitment to community service, fostering unity, and his impactful initiatives that have uplifted the lives of many within the local community. His efforts in promoting social welfare, youth empowerment, and education were particularly highlighted during the presentation.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of ADS Lagos Branch, Alhaji Kamorudeen Aremu Salami, praised Yomade for his selflessness and dedication, stating, “His work in ensuring that the community thrives is inspiring.
According to the Chairman, Yomade is a beacon of hope and a role model to many noting that the award is a small token of the group appreciation for the numerous positive changes he has driven.
In his acceptance speech, Alhaji Ridwan Badejo who is the Chairman and President of Yomade Graphics Nigeria Limited and Director of Data Alliance Company Limited, Dosemo Nigeria Limited and Fashina Bonbata Farms and Fishery Limited, expressed deep gratitude to the group for the recognition and emphasized that the honor belongs to the entire community.
“I am humbled by this recognition. This award is not for me alone, but for every individual in our community who has contributed, no matter how small, to making our society better. Together, we will continue to strive for progress and unity,” he remarked.
The ceremony concluded with a resounding round of applause and a commitment by all present to continue supporting initiatives that promote the well-being of the community.
