A 32-year-old man identified as Kola, popularly known as Ikole has been arrested around Sabo area of Ikorodu, Lagos for chopping off the two hands and the heart of a newly buried corpse.
The suspect who is a father of two was arrested and paraded before mammoth crowd at the Ejina area of Ikorodu by the local security outfit, Onyabo, on Tuesday.
An eyewitness who prefers anonymity told our correspondent that the suspect is a notorious criminal who just returned from prison after serving jail term for a serious offence.
According to an official of the local security, the suspect has been handed over to the police for prosecution.
Town Crier News Nigeria further gathered that the corpse whose part was chopped was buried three days ago at the public cementry.
