The presiding Judge of a Federal high court sitting in Lagos,Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke  has  adjourned till 14th of July,2025,when a Lagos business man COLLINS EZEOSIA ARINZE alleged to have committed Cybercrime offences will be arraigned before the court.
 In a two counts charge filed before the court it was allegedly stated that COLLINS EZEOSIA ARINZE sometimes  in February,2023 fraudulently act directly by spamming company email addresses by preventing the delivery of such mails
 It was further alleged that the defendant,Collins EZEOSIA ARINZE was engaged in financing with the sum of N700,000 to procure tools for hacking
When the case was mentioned,the EFCC prosecutor told the court that immediately the defendant was granted administrative  bail by the EFCC he absconded.
The two counts charge as filed before the court by the EFCC Principal counsel Rotimi Oyedepo Iseoluwa SAN
COUNT 1 
That you COLLINS EZEOSIA ARINZE on or about the 13th February, | 2023 in Lagos within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court for  fraudulent purpose did an act directly by spamming company email addresses, in a bid to prevent the delivery of the email in accordance with the intended purpose and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 8 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act, 2015.
COUNT 2 
That you COLLINS EZEOSIA ARINZE on or about the 13th February, 2023 in Lagos within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court engaged in financing with N700,000 to procure tools for hacking and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 18(1)(b) and punishable under section 18 (2) of the of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act, 2004.
