One of the greatest achievements of the Tinubu -led administration was the human capital development. The Tinubu administration invested so much in capacity building. He believed in nurturing talents who
would later become enigmas in their subsequent future endeavours. As there
were many of them who were political persons, there were plethora of them who were technocrats in their own calling. All of the were ‘polished’ and made to impact on their communities, states and/or environments.
